About the Role:
This position is a great opportunity for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in delivering high-quality services to students in North West Qld.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assess barriers to student learning and develop inclusive teaching strategies
- To provide training and support to other speech language pathologists to build capacity and promote best practice in speech language pathology service delivery
- To participate in service planning at a whole school and regional level
- To deliver evidence-based, contemporary speech-language pathology services to students
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent qualification
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience working with children and adolescents with communication disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
