Compliance Expertise Sought

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced compliance expert to join our Group Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on compliance matters, balancing business objectives with risk management.
  • Help shape and execute the annual Group Compliance work program and reporting for senior leadership and the Board.
  • Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose Group Compliance model using the 'Three Lines of Defence' approach.
  • Maintain and update Group compliance policies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Legal and specialized compliance teams.
  • Lead efforts to improve compliance capabilities and knowledge sharing across the business.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Line 2 compliance.
  • Proven ability to be a self-motivated, autonomous team player.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder influencing and collaboration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and solution design abilities.
  • Exceptional planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
  • Drive to champion and implement change with an agile and growth mindset.

As a compliance expert, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and make a real impact on the business. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on compliance matters, shaping and executing the annual Group Compliance work program, and maintaining and updating Group compliance policies, frameworks, and tools.

They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
