Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of project management talent within the organization.
  • Coordinate closely with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across all projects.

This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage diverse projects while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years experience in complex project environments.
  • Proven track record of establishing project teams, managing project managers and coordinators, and developing talent.
  • Strong leadership and governance capabilities.
  • Understanding of centralised services business models.
  • Skilled in managing diverse projects (e.g., supply chain, workforce, technology, infrastructure).
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Jira, Cobra).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Autonomous, goal-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a technical or project management discipline.
