Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our vibrant educational community.

About The Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will create engaging learning experiences and environments that reflect best practice and are aligned with our service philosophy. You will support fellow educators to build strong partnerships with children, families, and the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Support educators through collaborative teaching, mentoring, and reflective practice.
  • Foster positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team.
  • Maintain accurate records and conduct thorough program evaluations.
  • Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, healthy environment that supports the well-being of children, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework, including laws, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre through active participation in our Quality Improvement Plan.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's in Early Childhood and Care or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation or an ACECQA-approved childcare qualification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Valid Employee Working with Children Check.
