Career Opportunity: Early Childhood Educator

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced early childhood educator to join our team. As a Childcare Educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of children.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum.
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Providing exceptional care and attention to individual children's needs.
  • Cultivating a positive and respectful learning environment that encourages children to explore and learn.

What We're Looking For

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved qualification).
  • A passion for early childhood development and commitment to child safety.
  • First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training certifications.
  • A current Working with Children Check and mandatory reporting credentials.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
