Roofing Maintenance Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading site supervisor teams with new and existing roofing projects, ensuring a high level of quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to workplace health and safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, permanent role that offers an attractive salary package and a fully maintained vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Site Supervisor teams with new and existing Roofing projects
  • Strong commitment to WH&S Measure and order Flashings and roofing materials
  • Install and repair flashings, fascia & gutter and metal roofing
  • Attend sites to resolve minor leaks or roofing issues
  • Liaise with builders and sub-contractors to finalise works and complete jobs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Comfortable working at heights and accurately measuring roofing products
  • Experience in the Metal Roofing industry (NSW and / or QLD)
  • Solid understanding of the building and roofing process
  • Ability to schedule jobs, coordinate sub-contractors and manage material deliveries
  • Strong communication skills with builders and sub-contractors
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Physically fit and able to perform a labour-intensive role
  • Honest, reliable and able to build strong partnerships
