Matrix Steel has seven sites across QLD and NSW, with great opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced and supportive workplace.Matrix Steel is looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Roofing Maintenance Supervisor to join our Lismore team servicing projects across the region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to become an integral part of our growing team.Key Responsibilities: Support Site Supervisor teams with new and existing Roofing projectsStrong commitment to WH&S Measure and order Flashings and roofing materialsInstall and repair flashings, fascia & gutter and metal roofingAttend sites to resolve minor leaks or roofing issues Liaise with builders and sub-contractors to finalise works and complete jobsSkills & Attributes: Comfortable working at heights and accurately measuring roofing productsExperience in the Metal Roofing industry (NSW and / or QLD) Solid understanding of the building and roofing processAbility to schedule jobs, coordinate sub-contractors and manage material deliveriesStrong communication skills with builders and sub-contractorsHigh attention to detail and problem-solving ability Physically fit and able to perform a labour-intensive roleHonest, reliable and able to build strong partnershipsCurrent Driver's LicenceWhilst experience is great, it'll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
