Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Business Operations Director to lead the execution of operational excellence across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration within their teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on client expectations and support external suppliers with clear communication and logistics coordination.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards are met.
  • Lead project delivery teams, building a culture of collaboration and driving team accountability.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in operations or senior project management, preferably in construction/shopfitting.
  • Proven leadership ability to build culture and drive accountability.
  • Strong understanding of commercial project delivery processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
