Job Overview

The role of a Retail Manager at MAC is an exciting opportunity to drive retail sales while delivering exceptional customer service. This involves leading and developing a talented team to achieve optimal performance.

You will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, creating a seamless and efficient work environment that meets the needs of customers and employees alike.

This dynamic position requires someone who can spend most of their time on the floor, coaching the team in customer service, sales, and artistry while setting an excellent example to ensure a high-touch experience for every customer.

About You
  • Experience with makeup artistry
  • Luxury beauty industry experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
  • Proven leadership and retail experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in Sales/Goal-driven environments is desirable
