We're seeking a seasoned Change Management Lead to spearhead our large-scale business transformation program. This is an incredible opportunity for you to make a tangible impact and drive organisational change strategy from the ground up.

About the Role

This Change Management Lead role requires someone with hands-on experience in delivering practical, people-focused change strategies. You'll design and execute bespoke change initiatives that cater to the needs of our teams, developing materials that facilitate the adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.

You'll be responsible for leading business side change and business process change, managing both executive engagement and hands-on delivery of training to front line / field staff. Your expertise will lie in creating high-quality training guides, quick reference materials, training content, and interactive learning collateral tailored to specific roles and systems.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Hands-on experience in delivering training to front line staff (including Blue Collar / Field Workers)
  • Experience leading Change Management from a Transformation Program Perspective
  • Demonstrated experience developing materials to help teams adopt new systems, processes, and new ways of working
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a dedicated change management role supporting major enterprise transformation projects

We're looking for someone who can bring their exceptional written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex concepts. A strong ability to influence and collaborate across a range of business functions and levels is essential. Additionally, Prosci or similar change management certification would be highly regarded.
