Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer to deliver exceptional frontline customer service and administrative support. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the client experience by responding promptly to phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries.

  • Provide high-quality customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, ensuring clients feel valued and supported.
  • Assist clients with registration, enrolment, program details, and appointment bookings, offering clear and accurate guidance.
  • Promote programs and events to clients and stakeholders, enhancing awareness and engagement.
  • Ensure accurate and secure client records, data entry, and documentation to maintain seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment in reception and student areas, addressing client needs with care.
  • Escalate client feedback, complaints, or issues in a timely manner to support continuous service improvement.
