Business Systems Analyst, Payments and Custody

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Payments and Custody. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our global payments infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between operational, project, and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of business processes and flows to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in test strategy development and planning to ensure effective testing of new systems and processes.
- Perform business user acceptance testing to ensure that new systems and processes meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate testing activities and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Requirements
- Exceptional operational and IT knowledge of the global payments infrastructure, including SWIFT, LYNX, CHAPS, FedWire, and CHIPS.
- Strong understanding of liquidity management principles and processes as it relates to global payment settlement systems and correspondent banking models.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage testing activities in large-scale corporate projects and a strong understanding of structured quality assurance practices.
