- Budget Planning and Management
- Project Buyout Execution and Coordination
- Accounts Receivable Oversight and Management
- Subcontractor Procurement and Agreements
- Safety and Quality Plan Development and Implementation
- Schedule Creation and Management
- College degree in construction management, engineering, or similar field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of seven years in project management
- Strong knowledge of the local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
