The Team
The Event Recruitment and Management team works closely with the AEC's operational network to ensure there is a sufficient workforce to support election delivery.
Our team is responsible for implementing a nationally consistent temporary workforce attraction model and collaborating with peers to drive consistency and improvements in training delivery.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Assistant Director - Workforce Lead, you will oversee and coordinate the rollout of training to the AEC's temporary election workforce and provide assurance that the election workforce is trained.
Your key responsibilities include developing and analysing reports to monitor training attendance and completion, coordinating external facilitators and Subject Matter Experts who deliver training, and collaborating with national peers to drive consistency and improvements in training delivery.
This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical abilities, and resilience to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
