We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Flagstone. As a key member of our centre leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to lead and inspire our team to deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our children. You will work closely with our centre leadership team to develop and implement educational strategies that promote child development and learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the educational programs and services at our centre
  • Develop and implement educational strategies that promote child development and learning
  • Collaborate with our centre leadership team to achieve educational goals and objectives
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to our educators to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our centre's educational policies and procedures

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
