Senior Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to lead our Toddler room at Goodstart Baringa. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational programs and ensuring the well-being and safety of our children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
- Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children, tailoring learning experiences to meet their individual needs
