Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Bees Creek. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children, while also supporting the development of our centre's programs and services.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care
  • Develop and implement centre programs and services that meet the needs of our children and families
  • Collaborate with centre leaders and other stakeholders to achieve centre goals and objectives
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to educators to support their professional development
  • Contribute to the development of centre policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NT Working with Children Check
