As we grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivatedCustomer Service Officerto join our vibrant Melbourne team in our Cremorne head office.

The Role

As aCustomer Service Officer, you'll be at the frontline of our customer interactions, answering web, phone, and email queries, and handling administrative tasks. Reporting to the Team Leader, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team, dedicated to delivering outstanding first-point resolution to clients and customers.

What We're Looking for:

We're seeking a true team player with:

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role (bonus points if it's in a similar industry)
• A friendly, bubbly personality that shines when building client relationships
• Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• A problem-solving mindset with a drive to take ownership and resolve queries effectively
