The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside senior leaders to support our centre and team, leveraging their expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate their centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Support senior leaders in the strategic direction of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the absence of senior leaders
  • Implement and adhere to the Goodstart Practice Guide

About Our Centre:

We are a purpose-built, 84-place centre offering care for children from six weeks to school age, with four nurturing rooms designed to support each developmental stage.

We provide a play-based curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework, strong community connections, inclusive practices and partnerships with local services and families.

A dedicated and experienced team of educators passionate about early childhood development and long-term educator retention.
