To succeed in this rewarding role, you will need:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Current Working With Children Check
- Full Australian working rights
- A warm, professional presence and a true passion for early learning
- Confidence in building relationships with children, families, and your team
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday across various shifts
- Two professional references (including one from a childcare/education manager or supervisor)
