Early Learning Educator - Mt Barker

We are seeking a passionate Early Learning Educator to join our team at Guardian Childcare & Education. As an Educator, you will play a critical role in shaping the early learning experiences of children in our care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing innovative early learning programs that reflect current thinking and practice in the field.
  • Documenting and sharing with families the progress and achievements of their children.
  • Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of our curriculum framework.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)

- Prior experience in long day-care

- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF

- Current Working with Children's Check
