Speech Therapist Role

We are a leading provider of allied health services, delivering support to individuals with disabilities across Australia.

This role involves working within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), improving the lives of individuals with communication disorders and swallowing difficulties.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in speech and language development, communication disorders, and treatment approaches.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals
  • Provide therapy sessions to help patients improve their communication skills and overcome challenges
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for NDIS participants
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Good knowledge of speech and language development, communication disorders, and treatment approaches
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations, including children and adults with disabilities
  • Familiarity with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and its processes
