The EHS Administrator ensures that our administration systems meet OHS Act, ISO 14001 & 45001, EPA Regulations, and corporate EHS policies, standards, and guidelines.

This involves maintaining functional systems and programs to monitor EHS performance at our facilities. Key responsibilities include administering systems processes to maintain compliance requirements and ensuring adherence to relevant legislation, codes of practice, and policies.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide support as requested by site managers involving international travel. Assist with integrating EHS and business needs/objectives. Ensure system maintenance of MHF and EPA Licenses and ISO accreditations. Manage and maintain EHS registers, procedures, and documentation. Maintain functional health, training, and monitoring programs. Manage local and corporate EHS Management systems for accurate data recording and reporting. Prepare monthly EHS reports and presentations. Ensure EHS documentation including audit reports are maintained and recorded within the management system.

**Requirements:**
Prioritize workload with multitasking. Demonstrate advanced computer skills in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Exhibit adaptability in changing environments. Showcase excellent communication and time management skills with ability to build rapport and maintain relationships. Display strong attention to detail for consistent documentation.
