SAP S/4 HANA Implementation and Migration Specialist

As a seasoned SAP S/4 HANA Consultant, you will lead or support the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA, including system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage or contribute to S/4HANA migration projects from legacy SAP (ECC) or non-SAP systems (Brownfield or Greenfield).
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, map processes, and define technical specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis and design system customizations or enhancements as needed.
  • Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide training and support to business users and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of SAP experience, with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, best practices, and key differences from ECC.
  • Deep understanding of one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, EWM).
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools (e.g., LSMW, BODS, SAP Migration Cockpit).
