Order Execution Specialist Job

The Order Execution Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of order-related activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support SAP S/4 Hana implementation, including thorough testing for Australia and New Zealand.
  • Ensure third-party (3PL) order to invoice (O2I) team is fully conversant and adequately trained to process orders and customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Thoroughly analyze and approve actions to resolve issues related to customer returns and refusals.
  • Liaise with 3PL warehouse on inventory matters (inbound/outbound/damages/donations).
  • Adhere to and uphold all organizational quality procedures and policies.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Customer Service role.
  • Inventory, logistics, or transportation experience.

Preferred Requirements:

  • SAP experience.
