Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the Principal to provide exceptional administrative support to the Principal and the college team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Principal's office, ensuring the smooth operation of the college, and providing a high level of service to students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Principal and the college team
- Manage the Principal's diary, schedule meetings, and coordinate events
- Assist with HR processes, including job applications, employee records, and training material
- Support the Administration Team to ensure Front Reception is a welcoming place for guests
- Collate government reports and submissions, such as census data and student background information
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and other software systems
