Administration Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Support Officer to join our HR team on a fixed-term 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR function, assisting with payroll processing, responding to employee queries, and maintaining employee personnel files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate data entry
- Provide support with recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including advertising roles, arranging interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Assist the HR Department with day-to-day administrative requirements, including maintenance of employee personnel files, processing employee changes, and general filing
- Support the HR Coordinator in completing end-of-month reporting
- Provide administrative support with processing invoices and doing accruals
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Payroll experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to work in a team
- High attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
