Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan structured maintenance visits for customer service.
  • Use digital reporting tool Time Sheets each day.
  • Complete Field Service Reports for every maintenance & service call attended.

Core Job Requirements:

  • Commission, maintain and service equipment in a professional manner.
  • Maintain relationships with customers providing feedback to the team.
  • Keep up to date with training requirements across Vertiv technologies.
  • Maintain company vehicle and personal appearance to company standard.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and record usage.

Daily Work Duties and Expectations:

  • Hold valid drivers licence (may involve visiting remote sites).
  • Undertake overnight or longer trips as required.
  • Attend customer service calls.
  • Work at heights (requires Work at Heights Training and refreshed every 5 years).
  • Work on live electrical equipment and refrigerant lines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within HVAC / Critical Cooling space.
  • Mechanical Trade Certificate.
  • Restricted Electrical Licence.
  • Refrigerant Handling Licence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
