Trainer and Assessor

We are seeking skilled professionals to deliver impactful training and assessment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging, practical training programs that equip students with essential skills and knowledge.
  • Design lesson plans that align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Evaluate student progress and ensure all training meets required criteria.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116, or TAE40110) plus TAESS0007 and TAELLN411.
  • Have relevant background experience in emergency services, public safety, or as a first aid officer.
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check (WWC) and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of teaching experience.
  • Driver Licence (preferred).
  • Work Authorisation in Australia (preferred).
