Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and forecasting are critical to our organization's success. As a FP&A Analyst, you will lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives.
- You will develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decision-making and scenario planning.
- Your role will involve delivering timely and accurate reporting, dashboards, and performance insights to senior stakeholders.
- In addition, you will partner with business units to provide commercial support, business case analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- You will also drive enhancements in financial systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and data integrity.
Requirements:
- We are looking for a CA/CPA qualified professional with 4-8 years of experience.
- A background in Big 4 audit or advisory is preferred, ideally with exposure to FP&A or commercial finance.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to deliver insights, build financial models, and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement are essential.
