We work in various community-based settings, including people's homes, residential facilities and secure settings across metropolitan, rural and regional Victoria.

The Child Protection Team Manager is responsible for effective service delivery, managing resources, cases awaiting allocation and small teams of practitioners.

This position will work collaboratively with Senior Child Protection Practitioners to strengthen case practice, provide effective service delivery and support other practitioners.

Critical assessment and reflection, engaging others, delivering results, leading and inspiring are key skills required for this role.
