Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Marketing teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences through best-in-class activations and campaigns, partnering with retailers and connecting with customers and the community.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the Customer Experience Team, supporting the broader marketing team in delivering events and communications, executing flawless marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing Centre events and digital campaigns
  • Assisting with planning, managing, and delivering the annual marketing strategy for the centre (across digital, direct & social media touch points)
  • Coordinating centre signage from production through to implementation in centre
  • Processing invoices, sales, and traffic reports and other administrative duties
  • Building relationships with retailers, shoppers, community groups, and other stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in executing events and activation's
  • Experience working in a marketing role, including ownership of digital and social channels
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Passionate about working in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confident communicating with various internal and external stakeholders
