Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in audio visual equipment, leadership skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate audio visual equipment for events, including sound systems, microphones, projectors, and lighting systems
  • Configure AV equipment based on event requirements and technical specifications
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AV equipment before, during, and after events
  • Interact with clients and event organizers to understand their audio and visual requirements
  • Coordinate with other event vendors to integrate AV setups seamlessly with overall event plans
Requirements:
  • Technical expertise in setting up and operating AV equipment
  • Familiarity with audio-visual technology, including digital signal processing, audio mixing, and video streaming
  • Troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Customer service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
