About the Job

This position is ideal for a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills.

You will be the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.

This role offers flexibility, working remotely as part of our commercial team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients to drive growth and success.
  • Create and implement short- and long-range goals and objectives for each account, aligning with business targets.
  • Regularly review client agreements to identify opportunities for expansion or renewal.
  • Proactively engage with customers through regular outreach initiatives.
  • Address and follow up on all client escalated issues in a timely manner.
  • Deliver business review presentations several times a year to key stakeholders (QBRs).
  • Monitor customer health and work collaboratively with internal teams to mitigate accounts at risk or "red".
  • Maintain accurate records of sales forecasts, key contacts, roles, account notes, and other related documentation in CRM software.
  • Efficiently close reactive tickets assigned from our ticketing system.
  • Provide visibility into support status and assist with high-profile issues as required.
  • Have access to accounts receivable information and assist with delinquencies as needed.
  • Achieve annual sales quota established for assigned clients.
