About the Role

Lead Quality Assurance and Compliance for Snacks & Beverage categories across ANZ Operating Unit geographies, ensuring quality and food safety by design. Develop comprehensive programs to drive capability and quality throughout the supply chain.


Responsibilities
  • Support product innovation agenda in beverages and foods by adhering to standards and processes.
  • Participate in Stage Gate meetings to address quality and food safety guardrails.
  • Provide technical support for start-up readiness and develop quality systems and testing protocols/methods for new product introductions.
  • Ensure specifications are developed, HACCP transfer documents are completed, and food safety guardrails are in place.
  • Oversight and governance to ensure quality and food safety standards are implemented and maintained.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control to develop quality objectives and targets that deliver safe products.
  • Harmonize quality management programs and maintain a central repository of specifications and standards.
  • Oversee quality systems, manage variances, and ensure corrective actions to non-compliances.
  • Provide technical support for contract manufacturing site assessments and design quality and food safety principles implementation.
  • Deliver quality and food safety training programs.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in science or engineering is required, along with 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and/or related fields.

  • Leadership experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, new product development, manufacturing, and/or R&D technical positions.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work across diverse cultures.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive QA agenda; excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel.
