Job Description

Job Title: Head of School - Western Cape College

Job Summary:

The State of Queensland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced education leader to fill the role of Head of School at Western Cape College. As a key member of the College Executive team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the College's strategic direction, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational outcomes for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a professional and committed team to deliver strong educational and wellbeing outcomes for Western Cape College secondary students.
  • Demonstrate strategic and empathetic leadership in a complex and challenging setting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading educational teams and developing strategic plans.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
