Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and Manage the Campus: Oversee the development and implementation of the campus's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with Indie School's mission and values.
  • Teaching and Learning Programs: Design and deliver high-quality, holistic learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of students, promoting academic, social, and emotional growth.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the campus meets all regulatory requirements, including compliance with state and national standards, and mitigate risks associated with operational and financial management.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, develop, and manage a team of educators and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
