Operations Excellence Manager
">As a key leader in our Ground Support Equipment (GSE) team, you will oversee the efficient performance of our workshop and GSE fleet. Your primary goal will be to drive workflow efficiency, ensure high equipment availability, and achieve key performance objectives.
">- Oversee daily operations of the workshop, maximizing technician productivity and minimizing overtime.
- Manage the GSE fleet, ensuring timely maintenance and repair at over 20 regional airports across the state.
- Identify opportunities for business development through contract growth and operational optimization.
To succeed, you will possess most of the following skills and experience:
">- Proven leadership experience managing large teams in an automotive or engineering environment.
- A strong technical background in maintenance or engineering operations.
- Experience in financial management, including achieving operational efficiency and meeting targets.
