Marketing Lead Position

We are looking for a marketing leader to drive our digital and traditional marketing campaigns, oversee website content, and support the Marketing team.

  • Monitor and analyze digital performance using analytics tools, providing insights and making data-driven adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimize website to enhance user experience and engagement while staying current with best practices in digital marketing.
  • Mentor and guide Marketing Officers on SEO and SEM best practices, ensuring the team's growth and adherence to best practices in digital marketing.
  • Support change initiatives and contribute to the business unit's culture to ensure it is inclusive, customer-focused, results-driven, and accountable.
  • Align work activities to the department Business Plans and Strategy, supporting implementation and balancing value for our community and customers, within resource constraints.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Marketing, PR, Advertising, Communications, or a relevant field and/or significant senior leadership experience in Digital Marketing.

Essential Experience includes:

  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and practices related to marketing and promotions.
  • Demonstrated people skills to support, influence, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Well-developed writing, presentation, and speaking skills to align with stakeholders and achieve support for task outcomes.
  • Well-developed problem-solving and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build collaboration and partnerships.
  • Tactical marketing and communication skills, including influencing stakeholders to achieve support to deliver outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in the effective management of and application of brand(s).
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing digital platforms, including social media accounts, website, and direct customer marketing (such as EDMs).
