Service Crew Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead our service crew team. As a key member of the underground operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of mining activities.
Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating maintenance and repairs, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and training to less experienced team members. You will also be responsible for promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 18 months of service crew experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, and practical troubleshooting skills. You should have demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage maintenance and repair activities
- Delegate tasks and provide guidance to team members
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations
- Maintain accurate records and reports
