At Mungari

At Mungari, now with a mine life through to 2038, our people have a longer future with opportunities to grow. With underground and open pit mining, and an expansion of the processing plant completed, the operational diversity and unique work experience is great for building and uplifting careers. Located in the Western Australia Goldfields, you can choose what suits your priorities. Work an attractive fly-in/fly out (FIFO) roster from Perth or live local and enjoy our close-knit communities and local lifestyles in Kalgoorlie.

This roster is 7:7 and a 12 hour day. Residential Kalgoorlie or FIFO from Perth.

About the role

As apart of our Service Crew team, you'll be the underground all-rounder, keeping things running smoothly and safely. Reporting to the Mining Shift Supervisor, your day-to-day will include:

• Installing and repairing services and ventilation systems
• Building vent walls and installing cable bolts
• Prepping drill holes and maintaining high housekeeping standards
• Operating heavy diesel equipment and cleaning mono pumps

Safety is your middle name—you'll lead by example, spot hazards, and help eliminate risk-taking behaviours. You'll also keep an eye on environmental responsibilities around UG operations.

About you

You're not just experienced—you're reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to make a difference underground. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• At least 6 months of service crew experience
• Minimum 18 months of underground mining experience
• Current manual C Class Driver's Licence
• Dangerous Goods Security Card
• Working at Heights certification
• Current Police Clearance

You're a team player with solid communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and a knack for solving problems. You plan well, make confident decisions, and are always looking for ways to improve.
