Finance Manager Role

Job Description: A critical hire is sought for a Commercial Finance Manager to elevate business partnering and financial management. The successful candidate will lead the finance business partnering team, diagnose state of financial management, recommend, and drive changes to tighten accounting compliance, balance sheet rigor.

The role involves actively owning budgeting and forecasting for the business unit, improving quality of information, detail, and accuracy. As a true financial business partner, you will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value-added insights and support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the finance business partnering team for the largest business unit
  • Diagnose state of financial management and drive improvements
  • Actively own budgeting and forecasting for the business unit
Requirements:

A proven track record in senior finance roles with hands-on delivery capability is essential. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of professional finance experience, including 6+ years in Corporate Finance, across financial control, FP&A, and Commercial Finance. Additionally, they should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a highly curious and action-oriented approach.
