We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead our Transition to Work (TTW) Program. This role will be responsible for overseeing operations of the TTW Team based on the Sunshine Coast.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience providing effective leadership for a team, preferably in the employment or youth services sector. They will be adept at building relationships and have a knack for evaluating situations, identifying solutions and negotiating positive outcomes.
This is a full-time position with an attractive salary including company vehicle, phone, laptop, and salary packaging options to increase take-home pay. You also have the added benefit of a monthly accrued day off (ADO).
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage staff, resources, safety, compliance and financial performance
- Provide strong leadership and coaching for your team
- Ensure ongoing generation of suitable job vacancies and work experience placements
**Requirements:**
- Exceptional communication skills and high level of computer literacy
- Demonstrated operational management experience within Employment Services or youth related sectors
- Highly developed analytical and financial management skills
- A recent clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
- Current Driver's Licence and ability to travel between different ETC sites
