Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify potential clients and individual learners, formulate sales plans; conduct market research to identify industry trends, analyze competitor offerings.
- Agent Servicing: Build and maintain strong relationships with migration and education agents globally; provide agents with comprehensive information on programs, admissions, etc.; work closely with admissions teams to process applications.
- Student Advisory: Proactively reach out to potential students via various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media; provide detailed information on programs, requirements, and financial aid options.
- Administration: Employ CRM systems and other tools to manage leads, monitor sales, generate reports; respond to client inquiries, assist applicants, and provide status updates.
About You:
We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a great positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have:
- Education industry background: Preferred but not essential.
- Sales/administration experience: Ideally about 2 years.
- Positive attitude: Ability to prioritize and work with constant changes.
- Cultural awareness: Sensitivity to our diverse learner's community.
- Strong cross-functional thinking: Excellent time management skills with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Expertise in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Commitment to work onsite: Full-time in the office.
- Valid Working with Children Check: A requirement for this role. If you are successfully hired, you must obtain a check and you will be reimbursed.
