**Job Overview**

Regis Resources seeks a Processing Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient operation of the processing plant. This role involves providing strong safety leadership, supervising and training employees, and coordinating plant operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the processing plant.
  • Provide strong safety leadership and supervision to employees.
  • Coordinate the disposal of tailings, reagent receivables, and storage.
  • Achieve milling and crushing parameter set points.
  • Record all plant data and information on relevant log sheets.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities for the plant and processes.
  • Report maintenance requirements for the plant.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as Process Shift Supervisor or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Process Technician with demonstrated leadership abilities and a Zero Harm focus.
  • Competency in operating all sections of the processing plant assigned in a safe manner.
  • Ticketed front-end loader, integrated tool carrier, skid steer, and overhead travelling crane operator.
  • Flexibility, conscientiousness, excellent communication skills, and leadership ability.
  • Current WA class C manual drivers licence.
