Key Responsibilities- Assist in the day-to-day running of the centre, ensuring it is maintained to the agreed standards.
- Support the Operations Manager in maintaining centre standards, customer satisfaction, and retailer relationships.
- Contribute to a culture that aspires to high performance, always delivers on commitments, and strives to exceed industry best practice.
- At least two years' experience in a similar role in a relevant operations field.
- Solid technical knowledge of building operations and legislation, including regulatory compliance, contractor management capability, and workplace health & safety.
