**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Tree Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and effectively operating specialized equipment, including the Magni Telehandler with a Westtech Woodcracker CS750 cutting head.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain and operate heavy forestry machinery in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Perform maintenance checks and conduct risk assessments to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Develop and implement job methodologies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with SWMS (safe work method statements) and adhere to industry standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Current unrestricted driver's license.
  • HR truck license or equivalent.
  • VOC license (minimum) or ability to demonstrate competency of industry equipment.
  • Previous experience operating heavy forestry machinery.
  • First Aid Certificate + CPR.
