Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking to market a portfolio of Global Corporate/Professional Services clients and supporting senior brokers on more complex placements
  • Providing a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management
  • Gathering client information to enable renewal negotiations
  • Attending client meetings to maintain and build relationships, articulate Aon's go-to-market strategy, present renewal terms, and seize cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintaining and updating insurance market updates for financial lines policies
  • Providing market insights and placement strategies to clients and colleagues
  • Developing solutions to result in improved client outcomes and retention
