Are you a results-driven sales professional looking for a new challenge?

This key role is responsible for leading the strategic direction of our ANZ region, driving commercial effectiveness across a team of technical sales specialists.

The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring that the team has effective customer relations, develops opportunities for growth within an existing and new customer base, and assures market penetration and profitability while achieving sales and profit forecasts.

About the Role:

  • Lead the overall ANZ region strategy to drive business growth and expansion

  • Drive commercial effectiveness across the team, focusing on building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers across the region

  • Stay informed of competitor and industry activity to ensure competitive advantage

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team to achieve individual career goals

  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to achieve business objectives

Skill and Qualification:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional who possesses:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
  • 5 years of complex instrumentation solutions sales experience
  • 5 years in people management role
  • Experience working in Life Science Mass Spectrometry & Inorganic Mass Spectrometry portfolios

  • Advanced selling and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
