Job Title: Environmental Operations Manager

Job Overview

This role involves overseeing contractor operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and maintaining high-quality work standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for negotiating business outcomes, addressing customer inquiries, and conducting inspections of environmental assets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administer and report on contractor activities to guarantee adherence to legislative requirements and quality benchmarks.
  • Pursue positive business results through effective communication with contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Investigate and respond to customer requests in accordance with the organization's customer service charter.
  • Carry out inspections of environmental assets to identify and record safety and management issues.
Requirements

To excel in this position, you should have experience working with heavy machinery, a solid understanding of civil works procedures, and proven interpersonal and customer service skills. Additionally, you should possess substantial experience in horticulture or natural area management, physical agility, and fitness.
